Katherine is a barrister at the Victorian Bar, practising in commercial and corporate law.
Since coming to the Bar in October 2013, she has appeared for and advised various types of clients (individuals, companies, government agencies and entities and regulators) in respect of both litigious and non-litigious matters.
In 2021, Katherine was one of the barristers in Sharma vs The Minister for the Environment, a case that received global attention when a group of Australian teens sued the government for their lack of action on climate change.
