Charlotte has more than 18 years’ experience in the real estate industry, and joined Stockdale & Leggo Corporate team in 2018 as General Manager.
Charlotte’s contribution in creating an inclusive workplace culture and thought leadership saw her quickly elevated to the role of CEO in June 2020.
Her critical thinking and collaborative approach have been key in strengthening and growing the business, while also helping franchisees and staff to successfully navigate shifts in the market.
As a licensed estate agent and having held a variety of roles and responsibilities within the industry, Charlotte is well-placed to anticipate and communicate market trends to her team, as well as home buyers and investors through regular media commentary and appearances on Nova FM’s property podcast.
While remaining on the front foot to drive industry trends that will support her staff and grow their businesses, Charlotte describes her management style as leading from the back.

Away from the office, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family, playing netball, yoga, and enjoys living in the Yarra Valley and experiencing the region’s diverse food, wine and walks.
