Dervilla is a co-founder and distiller at Anther, a small batch gin producer. Anther products were highly awarded at the Australian Distilled Spirits Awards 2018 and 2019, taking out the trophy for Champion Gin, a gold medal and two bronze in 2018 and the Trophy for Champion Micro-batch Spirit and several medals. Anther prides itself on the quality of its products and its collaboration with other lovers of distillation and flavour.
