Vanessa is a co-founder of Code Like a Girl, a highly successful and award-winning initiative that provides girls with the support, tools and knowledge to enter and flourish in the world of coding.

She has developed her HR expertise working in the not-for-profit, health and government sectors.

Gender equality and social justice are concurrent themes as she leads HR and Operations at Women's Legal Service Victoria and serves as a committee member for the Australian Human Resources Institute Diversity network.
